The building is located between two main streets, “Brigada VIII” and “Vaso Pasha”, with pedestrian access from their intersection and vehicle access to the underground parking from “Vaso Pasha” Street.

Designed as a contemporary urban volume, the building stands out through its dynamic façade, inclined planes, transparency, and vertical rhythm. Its architecture gives the project a strong visual identity and a sculptural presence within the surrounding urban context.

The project includes four underground parking levels, with technical areas placed on the fourth basement floor. Separate vertical circulation cores ensure independent access for the residential and service areas.

The ground floor is dedicated to retail and commercial spaces, creating an active relationship with the street and public space. The first and second technical floors are organized as office areas, while the residential function extends from the third to the tenth technical floor.

In total, the building includes 51 apartments: 20 one-bedroom, 19 two-bedroom, and 12 three-bedroom units. The apartments are designed with generous areas and loggias, offering comfort, natural light, and functional outdoor space.

The surrounding urban plan is treated as an extension of the public space, with open pedestrian access, greenery, and social and recreational areas. The façade combines ventilated surfaces, vertical elements, glass systems, and shading features, creating a balanced relationship between transparency, energy performance, and interior comfort.
